GENERAL
WHAT IS MURU JEWELLERY MADE OF?
All of our demi-fine jewellery is crafted in precious metals. We use a solid sterling silver base with a thick vermeil-plating (3 microns!) of 18ct gold. All our silver designs are rhodium plated for lasting shine. Every piece is designed to be enjoyed for years to come. You can find out more about silver and vermeil jewellery in our care guide.
IS MURU JEWELLERY NICKEL FREE?
All of our jewellery is nickel-free and perfect for everyday wear.
WHERE IS MURU BASED?
Our studio is in Islington, London. We're located in a beautiful area, right by Highbury Fields.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHEN AN ITEM WILL BE BACK IN STOCK?
You can find out when an item will be back in stock by emailing us on customerservices@murujewellery.com
I WOULD LIKE A PRODUCT COMBINATION THAT IS NOT SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE.
If you would like an item that isn't displayed on our website, for example a single pendant with no chain, a pendant with a chain option that we don't have shown or a chain with two pendants, we would be happy to create a custom product for you if your request is possible.
Simply drop us an email on customerservices@murujewellery.com with a clear description of what you would like (include exact product names where possible) and we will provide a quote for you.
CAN I PURCHASE A NECKLACE CHAIN WITHOUT A PENDANT?
Due to popular demand, we have made our chains available to purchase separately. You can find our chain collection here.
DOES MURU JEWELLERY COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Every piece of Muru Jewellery has a 12-month warranty so you can buy with confidence. We will repair or replace pieces that have a quality fault or defects if they are returned back to us within 12 months of ordering. If you have any problems with your jewellery, contact us by email or telephone on (+44) 020 3735 5656 and we will help to resolve the issue.
CAN I ADD CHARMS TO A MURU NECKLACE OR BRACELET THAT I ALREADY HAVE?
You can add additional charms to a necklace or bracelet you already own. On most necklace styles, you’ll be able to thread the pendants on yourself. For bracelets and extender chains, we’ll need to attach the charms for you. If you’d like us to do this, please contact us at customerservices@murujewellery.com
ORDERING
WILL DELIVERY BE LONGER FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS?
No this does not affect delivery time, personalised orders are available with both standard and express delivery.
CAN I UPGRADE MY ORDER TO EXPRESS DELIVERY?
If you would like to upgrade to express delivery then please contact us at customerservices@murujewellery.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not already been dispatched then we will send over a payment link for the additional delivery costs and upgrade the order to express delivery.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER IN PERSON?
If you would like to collect your order from our Highbury & Islington studio, please get in touch with us at customerservices@murujewellery.com with your order number. We will then arrange a time with you to come and collect.
CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON SALE ITEMS?
Promotional codes can only be used on full price items.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES ON MY ORDER?
Our promotions/offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not valid on any sale items unless stated otherwise.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We aim to dispatch orders as fast as possible. So if you would like to cancel your order, please call us immediately on +44 (0)20 3735 5656. We will be able to cancel your order as long as it hasn't already been dispatched.

DELIVERY
WHAT ARE YOUR UK DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Our standard delivery option takes 2-4 days. We offer free standard delivery on orders over £60. If you need your order quickly, you can upgrade to Express Delivery which is shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Express Delivery orders placed by 1pm are despatched the same day and are usually delivered the following day (Monday-Saturday).
If you need your order in a hurry, for example you need your order next day but are passed the cut off time, we may be able to help. Please call us on (+44) 020 3735 5656 if you would like us to rush your delivery and we will try our best to get it to you sooner.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. Simply select your country at checkout and select your desired delivery option.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
CAN I EXCHANGE MY CHAIN FOR A DIFFERENT LENGTH?
If you recieve your order and decide you would like to swap to a different chain length then get in touch with us at customerservices@murujewellery.com and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that the chain must be unworn.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Items can be returned within 60 days if they haven't been worn. Please contact us on customerservices@murujewellery.com if you would like to speak to us about a return.

CAN I RETURN PERSONALISED ITEMS?
Please note that any engraved pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless faulty).
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM A MURU STOCKIST?
Items purchased from one of our stockists can be returned to the stockist they were originally purchased from.
CAN I EXCHANGE A GIFT THAT WAS BOUGHT FOR ME?
If we can locate the original order, we would be happy to exchange your unworn item. We will require details of the person who originally purchased the item to locate the order.

HOW CAN I REMOVE MY DETAILS FROM THE MURU MAILING LIST?
At the bottom of each Muru newsletter, you will find the option to ‘unsubscribe’. If you click this, you will be removed from receiving future newsletters from Muru. Alternatively, feel free to email us with your details and we can unsubscribe on your behalf. Notifications regarding your purchases will not be affected when you unsubscribe.
